PEOPLE IM BACK BACK BACK AGAIN GAIN GAIN J and I realized something (brain wave) I have been moaning at u to get fit and exercise But I forgot to tell you about eating the rite foods AND JUST BECAUSE YOUR EATING HEALTHYER DOESNT MEAN YOU CAN EAT TWICE AS MUCH. The thing is I hate salad but i found out salad isn’t the only thing you eat to get healthy you can eat stuff like quorn to keep you healthier come back tomorrow for another update.
