WOOOW Hi peeps =] I joined a rugby club and im feeling a bit fitter already I don’t get out of breath after 2 meters any more just after 3 LOL I would advise you to join a sports club to its great fun and exercise and its good for making friends BUT GUYZ HOW ARE YOU DOING ON YOUR JOURNYS because remember we are doing this together I found rugby go out and find your sport join with a friend if you’ve got any but if not you can make some there it’s a great way to motivate yourself and stop indulging put that food your eating down NOW!!! and go out and find a sport J get fit and come back again and because im polite ill say please.
