If you have stayed with me from the beginning :D and are a loyal follower of Sean. THEN MY FRIEND U R THE GREATEST. you may have noticed that U YES U READING THIS BLOG RITE NOW have got slimmer less breathless and more active because of my help BUT i am not finished even tho this is my final blog u MUST MUST MUST keep this up and not go back to your old ways of over indulging and being lazy u must stick with what u r doing u my friend.

PEOPLE IM BACK BACK BACK AGAIN GAIN GAIN J and I realized something (brain wave) I have been moaning at u to get fit and exercise But I forgot to tell you about eating the rite foods AND JUST BECAUSE YOUR EATING HEALTHYER DOESNT MEAN YOU CAN EAT TWICE AS MUCH. The thing is I hate salad but i found out salad isn’t the only thing you eat to get healthy you can eat stuff like quorn to keep you healthier come back tomorrow for another update.

WOOOW Hi peeps =] I joined a rugby club and im feeling a bit fitter already I don’t get out of breath after 2 meters any more just after 3 LOL I would advise you to join a sports club to its great fun and exercise and its good for making friends BUT GUYZ HOW ARE YOU DOING ON YOUR JOURNYS because remember we are doing this together I found rugby go out and find your sport join with a friend if you’ve got any but if not you can make some there it’s a great way to motivate yourself and stop indulging put that food your eating down NOW!!! and go out and find a sport J get fit and come back again and because im polite ill say please.
